This association has been formed to inculcate the brotherly hood feeling among Naik-Dhure Community settled in Mumbai.
Any new improvements to be mand in Dhurewadi at Baparde are discussed, and decisions are taken with the consent of all, and enthusiasm remains for the improvement of the village. Education of village school students is given first priority. The meritorious students are honored with prizes. If there are any issues in their education, they try to resolve them. Besides maintenance of the school, there is interaction with the teachers to focus on the education of the children.
Naik-Dhure Vikas Mandal celebrates Shri Brahmandev Utsav every year on 15th February on a grand scale.
