On 1st and 2nd Feb 2020, a free medical check up was organized in highschool premises, from which 600 villagers benefited, with the participation of 8 expert super specialist doctors and 5 ECG technicians from Mumbai’s renowned Jaslok Hospital. (under the initiative of Dr. Rajendra Naikdhure and under the guidance of Suhas Rane.)
For the villagers who could not afford travel to Mumbai and avail the high quality healthcare services like Jaslok Hospital, the following experts came to the patients’ villages and offered their services – Mumbai’s leading surgeon Dr. Under the leadership of Dr. Suresh Joshi (cardiologist). Santosh Gawli (Urology), Dr. Praveen Agarwal (Stomach Disorders), Dr. Kiran Ladkat and Dr. Nitin Jaiswal (Bone and Arthritis Specialist), Dr. Manish Chokhandare (Paediatrician), Dr. Meena Rane (Gynaecologist and OPD), as well as Sunil, Swapneel, Bhushan, Kiran, Rajendra, all the experts in ECG.
Mr.Sushil Rane, Sudhir Dhure, Kedar Lele, Vijay Gurav, Ambajirane, Vinod Dhure, Sureshrao Rane bore the financial burden for this public service work. The accommodation was arranged by Mr. Baburao. Rane did it free of charge in his scenic resort Rameshwar Agrotourism .
